Black vegan nappa leather clutch with garnet/black stag beetle embroidery. This bag is hand embroidered in gold and black metallic spring wire with Aari stitch, using a hooked awl needle. The Aari stitch which dates back to 17th century Mughal courts is still practiced by a handful of families in the city of Lucknow, India. We are proud to collaborate with these master artisans in an effort to advance the art of hand embroidery. 75% of raw materials in this product are locally sourced. All glues used are water based.

CARE
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not clean embroidery. The garnet metallic spring wire used in embroidery may naturally oxidize over time, giving the embroidery an antique patina. Store bag in the dustbag provided or wrapped in soft muslin.
